Poetry of Tastes at O2 Restaurant

The terrace of O2 Restaurant, with its breathtaking views of Red Square, hosted a unique event: a premiere dinner in the form of gastronomic and poetic sketches. This evening marked the start of a series of events that including poetic readings by Alexey Zimin, a writer and poet, and a gastronomic program by chef Vladimir Shchepilov.

This creative collaboration was dedicated to celebrating tthe summer in the life of a hedonist in the city. Each of the ten performances was introduced by an ironic poem, inviting guests to reflect on the things around them and the paradoxes of life.

Vladimir Shchepilov, a chef with exceptional intuition and an advocate of balanced diet and nutrition, served dishes created from his experiments with texture and flavor combinations of Mediterranean cuisine. The dinner was accompanied by wines from Loco Cimbali Wine Estate, an artisan winery run by Oleg Repin, a famous Crimean winemaker.

At the end of the evening, the guests received a voice recorder with a secret message from the author, encouraging everyone to record a message for themselves in the future and revisit it in a year later.
