Winesday Enogastronomic Dinner at O2 Restaurant on February 21

Dried tomatoes with oysters and raspberry chips, vongole with smoked sour cream, mushroom carpaccio with espuma, baked leeks with tuna pastrami, sea bass with kohlrabi and rapana, and don’t miss the cottage cheese ice cream with black caviar. On 21 February, at the Winesday by AST dinner, the flavours of six Mediterranean specials by Vladimir Shchepilov will be exquisitely revealed by Italian wines, traditionally introduced to guests by sommelier Alexey Bolshakov.
