The Magic Story O2 Lounge

A few hours before the cherished chimes strike, on the biggest night of the year, O2 Lounge will turn into a magic winter fairy tale: exquisite atmosphere, the charmed forest, driving live music, favorite hits, clinking glasses, New Year lottery and, of course, a festive dinner of six courses, the menu of which is designed on an exceptional combination of ingredients, textures and flavors.

We will welcome you with champagne and continue the evening with signature cocktails from our talented bartenders team, and the photographer will catch the brightest moments. But that's not all! You can choose a table in the O2 SPHERE - a panoramic dome offering a stunning view of the very heart of Moscow.

In the menu we will offer: 

- Compliment from the chef - delicate brioche with smoked butter
- Tuna tataki with truffle stracciatella and black caviar
- Crème brûlée with foie gras with mandarin caramel under sparkling snow
- Salad with langoustines and avocado cream on a spruce pillow
- Fillet of Mediterranean sea bass with champagne sauce with green vegetables and red caviar- Beef Wellington with glazed carrots and mulled wine sauce
- To conclude the evening - The Carlton Cake signature dessert, the cloudy pillow of the dessert is wrapped in a pillowcase made of a thin layer of chocolate with pearl beads and filled with delicate yogurt mousse, inside intriguing and impressive violet petals and fragrant black currant berries
