O2 Lounge invites for afternoon tea ceremonies, cocktail classics and a signature menu for every taste. This autumn enjoy the new tea ceremonies, which are presented in three versions. Here, even the most sophisticated guests will find their favorite traditional snacks with the author's additions. Make tea party a real tradition or turn it into a social occasion during this cool autumn.

"The Carlton"

Served, in addition to hot drinks, with a glass of Pol Roger Brut champagne.

SNACKS:

  • Karelian tartlet with crab salad;
  • Black caviar with sour cream mousse and pancakes;
  • Cumin cracker with caramelized carrots, liqueur; cointreau and orange cream, covered with gold;
  • Taco with venison, pear and truffle mousse;
  • Sandwich with smoked salmon cooked at low temperature, salted lemon and fresh cucumber;
  • Sandwich with beef pastrami with pickled celery and walnuts.

FRESH FRAGRANT PASTRIES:

Kuglof amaretto; pistachio scone.

DESSERTS:

Real mini-masterpieces of pastry chef Anna Fedyay:

  • Yogurt mousse with black currant;
  • Banana-caramel clafouti;
  • Chocolate yuzu cake;

BAKING:

Juicer with cottage cheese; boucher.

DESSERTS:

  • Prague cake;
  • Prunes in nut frangipane;
  • Apple charlotte;
  • Honey cake.

"Life Force" 

Make the tea time a tradition or turn it into a social event.

  • Baked celery cream with green apple tartare and spicy port wine gel;
  • Caramelized pumpkin with rosemary, cranberry jelly, brie cheese and pistachios;
  • Breazola tortellini with beet mousse, tarragon and lemon;
  • Murmansk salmon tartare with cucumber jelly in a green buckwheat tartlet.

PASTRIES:

Pistachio financier with raspberries; cupcake with dried fruits and nuts.

DESSERTS COLLECTION:

  • Gluten-free profiteroles with ricotta and strawberries;
  • Clafouti with pear and pepper Timut;
