On 7 June, O2 Restaurant launches a new gastronomic ritual in the heart of the capital: terrace brunches, served daily from 12 noon to 5 pm, with Chef Ivan Markov’s live stations every Sunday.

The menu celebrates the flavours of the season. Silken stracciatella meets ripe strawberries and sweet tomatoes, crisp halloumi is paired with young greens and toasted nuts, while tomatoes, peaches and romesco capture the essence of June.
Breakfast favourites are reimagined with a refined touch: green buckwheat with poached egg, asparagus and peas; rice porridge with caramelised almonds and carrots; indulgent brioche with truffle and mortadella, crab and avocado, or three cheeses.
For dessert, choose between French toast with melting vanilla ice cream and nectarine, or a delicate sour cream casserole with vanilla pear and dried cranberries.

Every Sunday, brunch is elevated by Chef Ivan Markov’s live stations and laid-back DJ sets. Guests can enjoy seasonal mushroom risotto prepared to order, create their own ceviche, explore dishes from the open grill, and discover new flavour combinations at the chef’s signature salad station.
