Russian Food Festival at the O2 Restaurant

The festival set "Russian cuisine with the French soul" will be presented within the Russian Food Festival 2023 at the rooftop restaurant O2 Lounge from October 1st to 15th. 

The dishes feature local seasonal products prepared in accordance with French cooking traditions. Start your gastronomic journey with refine parfait of chicken liver with a refreshing sourness of mountain ash and a traditional hunk of Borodinsky bread. Continue with a classic French éclair with bull's tail and piquant pumpkin, one of the protagonists of autumn. The main dish is Karelian lake trout with a sweet, soil taste of Jerusalem artichoke glazed in birch juice and fresh herbs sauce. Pastry Chef Anna Fediai invites to discover the combination of the tart taste with the northern cloudberry, balanced with sweet meringue and thyme, complimenting the refined berry taste.
