Russian Cocktail Week in O2 Restaurant

This Friday, Russian Cocktail Week kicks off nationwide in collaboration with Herbarista Syrups, Yandex Maps and Zen. From 23 February to 1 March, The Carlton Lounge & Bar and O2 Restaurant will present a special cocktail menu reflecting the diversity and unique character of Russia. The Amber Room, based on cognac, calvados, and lemon juice, will tell the story of the main treasure of the Catherine Palace in Tsarskoye Selo. The creators of the "Koni Batya" cocktail were inspired by the story of a lost treasure - life-sized golden statues of horses, made by order of Khan Batya from all the gold received as tribute for a year. The "Mysterious Miass" cocktail tells the story of another lost treasure - two barrels of imperial gold that broke through the top layer of peat soil and sank deep into the mud at the bottom of Lake Ilyshko.
