RAW & RARE: The Maturity of Flavour in a Special Menu at O2 Restaurant × Zhazhda krovi

From 1 to 28 February, O2 Restaurant presents a special menu created in collaboration with Zhazhda krovi, one of Moscow’s most iconic destinations for meat.

The project brings together two distinctive culinary voices — Ivan Markov and Pavel Potselyuev — united by an uncompromising approach to quality and a shared focus on dry-aged beef. Built around the depth and character of dry-aged meat, the menu moves from refined raw preparations, such as carpaccio and tartare, to warm dishes where flavour is shaped by fire.

Every order from the special menu comes with an instant prize draw, offering guests the chance to receive a selection of thoughtful compliments.

The centerpiece of the project is a four-hands dinner on 21 February, when both chefs will cook in person, presenting the dishes and their flavour architecture against panoramic views of evening Moscow — making it one of the month’s most anticipated gastronomic events.
