O2 Restaurant Welcomes the Season of Spring

O2 Restaurant unveils its rooftop summer terrace atop The Carlton, Moscow, while Head Chef Ivan Markov invites guests to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of spring with a new seasonal menu.

The menu unfolds around Mediterranean influences. Beetroot-marinated burrata is served with roasted peppers, tomatoes and anchovies. A crisp O2 salad with grilled chicken. Gazpacho with prawn, crab and avocado. Potato doughnuts topped with black, red and pike caviar. For dessert, tiramisu with truffle toffee, alongside a citrus meringue with lemon cream, orange and basil.

The bar programme has also been reimagined: the team has dedicated it to the classics of the Old World and their contemporary interpretations, with a focus on eight signature cocktails distinguished by bold character and gastronomic depth.
