O2 Restaurant Menu Celebrating the Spring Season

The iconic rooftop O2 restaurant promises unforgettable panoramic views of Moscow and new experience for connoisseurs of Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Vladimir Shchepilov seamlessly blends traditional classics with his innovative culinary expertise, and principles of nutrition and healthy eating.

The updated restaurant menu presents the best dishes from numerous regions of the Mediterranean coast. The chef recommends open mushroom lasagna with baked Jerusalem artichoke and almond bechamel, scallop crudo with eel ice cream and fresh passion fruit, grilled whole octopus with orzo for company or special lean dishes.

In April, the O2 restaurant switches to a spring-summer format and is open from 12 pm, inviting for dinner or relaxed lunch with sparkling wine.
