O2 Restaurant Joins the Russian Restaurant Festival
For the Russian Restaurant Festival, Chef Ivan Markov offers a contemporary take on Russian gastronomic classics. His Mediterranean-inspired vinaigrette features artichokes and feta espuma, while a sauté of seasonal mushrooms is elevated with a touch of salted egg yolk. The main course presents black cod with homemade gnocchi and a velvety pumpkin sauce, finished with a “lazy” smetannik dessert adorned with fresh raspberries and caramelized chocolate.
