O2 Restaurant is recognised as the winner of the Carpaccio Festival, which took place as part of Moscow Restaurant Week.

During the two weeks of the festival, guests ordered over 100 dishes from a special menu created by chef Vladimir Shchepilov. The exotic parrot fish carpaccio with crispy banana and oyster ice cream was an absolute hit. In second place was an unusual combination of flavors and textures in Jerusalem artichoke carpaccio. The guests and the jury also appreciated the classic beef carpaccio with foie gras foam and black truffle.
