New season of “Poetry of Flavours: The Taste of Childhood” at O2 Restaurant.

The Carlton, Moscow, together with TOP15MOSCOW, welcomed representatives of the city’s top wedding and event agencies to the launch of the new season of “Poetry of Flavours: The Taste of Childhood” at O2 Restaurant.

The evening combined a signature tasting menu by Chef Ivan Markov with poetic interludes by Alexey Zimin, weaving gastronomy and art into one performance. Inspired by the shared memories of childhood — from countryside summers to garden scents and grandparents’ tales — the first dinner opened the series with warmth and nostalgia.

The journey has only just begun: more gastro-poetic evenings are yet to come.
