Negroni Fest at O2 Restaurant

From 1 to 31 October, O2 Restaurant joins Negroni Fest — an annual celebration of one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
This year, O2 Restaurant presents two signature interpretations of the classic Negroni, exploring a delicate interplay of flavour, texture and contrast.

Sospeso Negroni brings together a rich, full-bodied cocktail and a cool raspberry espuma. Vibrant berry notes, an airy, delicate texture and the distinctive depth of the classic Negroni come together in an elegant balance of freshness and intensity.
Undersea Negroni offers a deeper and more intriguing take on the classic. Seaweed, limoncello and dry vermouth come together in a layered composition, where bright citrus meets subtle salinity and a distinctive umami character.
