Moscow Restaurant Week: Special Set at O2
Until July 5, Moscow hosts Moscow Restaurant Week — a festival that invites guests to take a fresh look at seasonal produce and engage in a culinary dialogue with nature. This year, the city’s chefs explore the full potential of vegetables, fruits, berries, and fragrant herbs — turning them into thoughtful gastronomic compositions. At the O2 Restaurant terrace, guests are invited to try a signature set by chef Ivan Markov, centered around summer in all its shades:⠀
• Vegetable carpaccio with avocado cream and orange-coriander sauce
• Stuffed zucchini flower with seasonal green peas, apple, and mint cream
• Celery gratin with vegetable facets
Each dish is paired with a Beluga Noble Botanicals cocktail: Beluga Cucumber & Mint, Beluga Pear & Linden, and Beluga Rose & Lime.
