Ivan Markov’s Signature Pizza at Pizza 22 cm

A new signature pizza by Ivan Markov — Brand Chef of The Carlton, Moscow and Head Chef of O2 Restaurant — is now available at Pizza 22 cm.

A two-time WorldSkills medallist and recipient of the “Best Chef of Krasnodar Region 2024” award, Ivan Markov is known for his distinctive culinary philosophy and refined approach to unexpected flavour combinations. Created exclusively for his collaboration with Pizza 22 cm, the pizza is an exploration of texture, balance, and nuanced taste.

The recipe features scallops, Jerusalem artichoke cream, sautéed champignons, pickled egg yolk cream, lemon gel, mozzarella, and crispy celery hay.

The collaboration is part of the “Signature Pizza by Russia’s Best Chefs” series, bringing together some of the country’s most notable culinary talents and original recipes.

Ivan Markov’s signature pizza will be available throughout May at Pizza 22 cm restaurants.
