Head on East Dinner

Winemaking was initially associated with Western culture. However, it is quite obvious that it is from the East that one can learn to find beauty in the simple. On September 4, the iconic panoramic restaurant O2 Restaurant hosted the enogastronomical Chef's Table. Dinner "Head on East" with chef Vladimir Shchepilov and managing partner of the wine brands Mantra Estate and MAGNATUM Stefania Majorova.

Gastronomic masterpieces were brought to life by the chef in front of the guests: from hummus with carabineros shrimp and caviar to beef fillet with eggplant cream and fried olives with coffee. Wine accompaniment for true hedonists and lovers of aesthetics – refined classic sparkling Mantra Blanc de Blancs and elegant quiet Mantra Sauvignon Blanc, Mantra Chardonnay, Mantra Cabernet Franc. The most important thing is the ability to enjoy beauty in every moment.
