Harvest Festival at the O2 Restaurant

The annual festival dedicated to the harvest, fruitfulness and prosperity is a bright Russian tradition. On this occasion we invited the partners of The Carlton, Moscow hotel to a gastronomic set dinner at the O2 Lounge restaurant to express our gratitude for their cooperation and celebrate the closing of the summer season together.

The guests gathered around a common table decorated with fragrant wildflowers, grain ears and maple leaves and tasted special dishes from fruits of autumn harvest – baked bell pepper with brynza cheese and fresh herbs, and cod confit with leeks. The guests shared their plans for the autumn and enjoyed the warm weather on the rooftop terrace with the best view of Moscow.
