Guest Shift with Uno Mas Bar co-owner Dennis Valdes

On 29 August, Denis Valdes, hereditary bartender, Latin American drinks ambassador of SIMPLE SPIRITS ACADEMY and co-owner of Uno Mas bar, will be hosting a soulful Mexican fiesta at O2 Restaurant and making cocktails with Rooster Rojo tequila: TNT, Watermelon Smoky Margarita and Flor De Frida. This authentic and exciting drink is made with 100% Blue Weber agave from the fields around the Tequila volcano. Aged for 6-7 years, the piñas have a highest sugar content and the crystal clear volcanic water is further filtered with silver. Interesting, unique and delicious.
