Guest shift with SIMPLE SPIRITS brand ambassador Valery Rasin

On 4 of October, Valeri Rasin will present Hoppers, a new generation of Russian gin made with only natural ingredients, no flavourings and no dilution with alcohol after distillation. There are three gins in the range, and the senior brand ambassador of Simple Spirits Academy will be making cocktails with each to introduce guests of the rooftop restaurant to 'life hopping' - a philosophy that strives for variety, novelty and exceptionally bright impressions:

- Sour Hoppers Breakfast with original dry gin and orange liqueur.

- Exotic Hoppers Guava Spritz with mandarin & rosemary gin and pink guava puree.

- Smooth Lavender Fashion with lavender & thyme gin and blackcurrant cordial.
