Guest Shift of Grey Shine in O2 Restaurant

On 26 April, as part of Ivan Mamutov’s guest shift, O2 Restaurant will present a new reading of hotel classics:

• Bee’s Knees;
• White Lady;
• Singapore Sling;
• Hanky Panky.

Four famous cocktails invented at The Savoy in London, the Ritz Paris and Raffles Singapore will be livened up with Grey Shine Gin - the bar team’s signature gin with a unique set of ten local botanicals.

The open presentation starts at 5:00 p.m.
