Guest Shift in Asian Style: Andrey Amelin at the O2 Restaurant

During his time at Svoi gastrobar, St. Petersburg cocktail scene trendsetter Andrei Amelin introduced wine mixes that conquered the northern capital.

Now he runs the bar at KOI restaurant in New Holland, a place where the majesty and power of Asian culture are embodied not only in gastronomy but also in design made in the authentic traditions of Japanese and Chinese flavors.

On July 18, at O2 Restaurant, to the summer vibes of Dj Organic, Andrey will present his famous cocktails with character and bright personality – KOI 1, GYARU and PATH.

Each of these cocktails will give guests the chance to appreciate the Russian experience in creating drinks in the Asian style and introduce them to a nontrivial combination of classic and colorful Asian ingredients.
