Gastronomic Set from the Chef Vladimir Shchepilov

On December 13, in the panoramic O2 Sphere on the winter terrace of the O2 Lounge restaurant, the chef Vladimir Shchepilov presented his author's gastronomic set.

"When I start creating a new dish, I am inspired by everything that surrounds me – local products, people and places. When creating a gastronomic set for the O2 Lounge, I wanted to emphasize the New Year's Eve atmosphere and the uniqueness of the restaurant's location – in the heart of festive Moscow and with a panoramic view of the capital. That's why the set was opened with salmon with snowy sour cream and caviar – a symbol of wealth and prosperity. Duck with parsnips in orange glaze also became a reflection of the New Year mood, and the contrasting combination of flavors added sophistication to the dish. When creating our set, it was as if we were creating a small New Year's fairy tale, filling each dish with our own special holiday spirit," says Vladimir.

The legendary rooftop restaurant O2 Lounge presents a new chef Vladimir Shchepilov, who promises new gastronomic experiences to the guests. The owner of colossal versatile experience Vladimir started his career in 2013, and already in 2018 he became the best young chef of St. Petersburg according to "Sobaka" magazine. Heading the kitchens of the landmark projects of Uiillliam Lamberti, Sergey Galitsky and Ginza Project holding company, he brought the restaurants many prestigious awards.
