Five Stars Gastronomic Festival at O2 Restaurant.

From 1 to 31 August 2026, O2 Restaurant at The Carlton, Moscow will take part in the Five Stars Gastronomic Festival, held with the support of the WHERETOTRAVEL HOTELS AWARDS, Russia's national hotel awards.

Bringing together some of the country's most distinguished five-star hotels from Moscow, St Petersburg, Kazan, Irkutsk, Sochi and Vladivostok, the festival invites each participating property to present a signature three-course menu accompanied by a specially selected beverage — a culinary expression of both the restaurant's identity and its chef's creative vision.

For the occasion, O2 Restaurant's Executive Chef Ivan Markov has created a seasonal tasting menu that combines premium ingredients with bold and unexpected flavour pairings. The experience begins with a sturgeon cheesecake topped with black caviar, followed by roasted quail served with fried potatoes and chanterelle mushrooms. To finish, guests will enjoy an almond espuma with roasted chocolate and peaches. The menu is complemented by a glass of Nube Chardonnay from California.

The festival menu is priced at RUB 4,800. All dishes and the wine pairing are also available to order individually.
