The highlight of the collaboration between Ivan Markov (O2 Restaurant) and Pavel Potseluev (Zhazhda Krovi) will be an exclusive four-hands dinner. On 21 February, the chefs will personally present each course and reveal the thinking behind its flavour architecture in an engaging live format. The evening will unfold against the ever-spectacular panorama of Moscow from the legendary rooftop, accompanied by the rhythms of DJ Nativa.

• Cecina and chorizo with farmhouse Camembert and spiced plum sauce

• Salad with Japanese mint and seasonal greens

• Beef tartare served on roasted bone marrow

• Slow-braised beef rib

• Fillet of beef in a mushroom and hazelnut veil with vegetable sauté
