Daiquiri Night by Matusalem x O2 Restaurant

On July 24, behind the bar at O2 Restaurant Denis Valdes—a second-generation bartender, co-owner of Uno Mas bar, and Latin American spirits ambassador at Simple Spirits Academy—will present four faces of the Daiquiri crafted with aged Matusalem rums.

The creators of the brand employs the unique Solera & Criadera system, aging spirits in barrels stacked in several tiers. This process gives the final product an exceptional depth and richness of flavor. We begin exploring the refined art of Caribbean rum at 19:00, with signature cocktails from Denis. A DJ set by Roman Demidov will enhance the atmosphere of the event.
