Chinese New Year at O2 Restaurant

On February 12, O2 Restaurant awaits you at the Spring Festival dinner in Chinese style.
The special set by Vladimir Schepilov, restaurant’s new chef, and Guest Chef Jan Pei Wen (Soluxe Club) will impress true connoisseurs of Chinese cuisine, while the musical score will frame the authentic oriental atmosphere of the evening.
Tuna tartare, dorado with Kimchi tomatoes, shrimp dim sums, scallop with glass noodles, smoked eel with fried rice, and traditional Peking duck. Every single festive dish manifests the traditions of Chinese cuisine, recognized as UNESCO cultural heritage. Dinner finale is the fiery dessert "Golden Dragon" by the Pastry Chef Anna Fediai.
