Back to the Future Festival at O2 Restaurant
From 24 June to 15 July, O2 Restaurant will take part in the Back to the Future gastronomic festival, celebrating classic French recipes and their contemporary interpretations in partnership with the Cognac houses NAUD and Martignac.
Created by Chef Ivan Markov, the festival menu is divided into two distinct culinary concepts. The “Classic” selection features Boeuf Bourguignon — slow-braised beef in red wine served with potato purée — and Sole Meunière, accompanied by lemon beurre noisette and seasonal green vegetables. Guests may complement their meal with a glass of NAUD VS Cognac or a NAUD Harmony cocktail, both available at special festival prices.
The “Fusion” chapter presents a modern take on French gastronomy, including braised beef cheek with pickled kohlrabi, black garlic, sweet potato purée and demi-glace sauce, alongside sea bass in a crisp bread crust with salted lemon reduction and asparagus. These dishes are paired with Martignac VS Cognac or the Martignac Pear Spritz cocktail, also offered at exclusive festival prices.
Back to the Future invites guests to rediscover the timeless flavours of French cuisine through a contemporary lens and explore new taste combinations at O2 Restaurant.
