Autumn menu at O2 Restaurant
Chef Vladimir Shchepilov, guided by the philosophy of balanced nutrition, continues to experiment with textures and intriguing flavor combinations of Mediterranean cuisine, using traditional autumn ingredients.
On the new menu, be sure to try the salad with cured duck and roasted pumpkin with sage, served with foie gras terrine and truffle sauce. The cacio e pepe shrimp risotto will also impress you: it’s made with pecorino cheese and ground black pepper, and finished with Argentine shrimp tartare.
