A Tropical Adventure: Maxim Shirokov's Guest Shift at O2 Restaurant

The O2 Restaurant on the roof of The Carlton, Moscow with panoramic views of the capital, continues its series of bar guest shifts.

On June 27, the charismatic Maxim Shirokov will take charge of the bar, transporting guests from the heart of Moscow to the shores of a tropical island.

He will immerse the guests into an atmosphere of freedom and eternal celebration in a tiki bar, where the focus will be on cocktails based on the legendary Botran rum.

Botran rum is a premium rum with a complex taste and rich flavor. It is produced at the largest distillery in Guatemala, using a special yeast strain grown on pineapple peel for fermentation. The rum is then aged in barrels of bourbon, sherry, and port wine, giving it a unique character and depth of taste.

The restaurant's menu features original dishes from chef Vladimir Shchepilov, which are perfectly combined with cocktails based on rum and homemade liqueurs according to secret recipes from O2 bartenders.
