A Culinary Journey with Courvoisier
The nationwide Couturier Gourmet competition by Chef Andrey Shmakov and Courvoisier has arrived at O2 Restaurant. Chef Ivan Markov presents a sophisticated menu where each dish is thoughtfully paired to reveal the depth and elegance of Courvoisier VSOP.
Delicate flavors unfold in creations such as a turkey pâté tartlet with smoked grapes, cornflowers, and violet petals, scallops with Jerusalem artichoke cream, chanterelles, black lemon, and leek, and duck breast with chicken parfait, mushroom risotto, macadamia nuts, and truffle jus.
The special menu is available until 20 October.
