A Caribbean Evening at O2 Restaurant: Matusalem Guest Bar Takeover on 31 July

On 31 July, O2 Restaurant invites guests to an exclusive evening celebrating Matusalem, one of the Caribbean's most iconic rum houses.

For one night only, the bar will be hosted by Denis Valdes—a second-generation bartender, co-owner of Uno Mas, and an ambassador of Latin American spirits and cocktail culture. Created especially for the Rum Holidays series, his bespoke cocktail selection draws inspiration from the vibrant spirit of the Caribbean and the rich heritage of Matusalem rum.

Guests will have the opportunity to discover three signature serves—El Emperador, Tradewinds, and Cayo Blanco. Each cocktail offers a distinctive expression of Matusalem, from beautifully aged, complex notes to bright, refreshing flavours that evoke the effortless charm of a tropical escape.
