24 July | Chef's Table: A Four-Hands Dinner with Vladislav Alexeyev & Ivan Markov

On 24 July, Chef Vladislav Alexeyev joins forces with O2 Restaurant and The Carlton's guest chef Ivan Markov for an exclusive four-hands dinner, presenting a one-night-only tasting menu created especially for the occasion.

Chef Markov will serve five signature courses, each inspired by a personal memory: his grandmother's porridge, the familiar flavour of herring, a garden salad picked fresh from the family dacha, comforting beef Stroganoff and classic fish and chips.

In dialogue with Markov's dishes, Chef Alexeyev will present sea urchin with nettle, traditional grey cabbage soup with wild mushrooms, sterlet, beef with leek and bone marrow, and a dessert of apricots with salted caramel and cherries.
